There is additional testing through other labs that help to confirm suspicions of a Gluten sensitivity or sensitivity to a food that cross-reacts with Gluten which you may also be sensitive/allergic to that Dr. Hyman didn’t mention. It’s important to find out and act quickly before a full-blown autoimmune condition develops.
I have also noticed clinically that not everyone feels a difference in their health (symptoms) when they give up Gluten so eliminating Gluten for 2-4 weeks and then adding Gluten back is still not a guaranteed way to know if you are sensitive. Gather all the data and stay well, friends!
